Current Fishing Report

Those out fishing the beach yesterday afternoon and this AM reported catches of puppy drum and a few drum over the slot limit scattered up and down the beach, flounder, bluefish, sea mullets, and some croakers.
Vic Hernandez, Jillian Hernandez, and McKenzie Layne of Hampton, VA each had a nice 24" puppy drum esterday afternoon. Wick Hunt of Charlottesville, NC came by with a couple of bluefish yesterday and a 32" red drum from this AM. Scott Jump and Cody Greenleaf of Williamsburg, VA caught a couple of nice 27" puppy drum and came by the shop for a photo. Joe Oertel of Chester, VA shared his photo of a 48" amberjack he caught last Wednesday while fishing offshore.
Inshore reports include puppy drum, bluefish and flounder. Offshore reports include dolphin, amberjack, triggerfish and black sea bass.
