Current Fishing Report

With fewer folks here after the holiday weekend, we have fewer fishing reports. But those that did go out, found large bluefish, several puppy drum, some flounder, and sea mullet.
Bruce Martin of Bethel Pake, PA shared his photo of a nice bluefish he caught today. David "Jersey Dave" Dixon caught several fish and came by yesterday after to have his photo made with a seven pound puppy drum. Thanks for the flyers Dave! While we we out yesterday afternoon with the kids fishing, Alan found a bluefish. Tom Lobell of Oella, MD came by with his 12 pound wahoo he caught while out with Capt Ernie Doshier of the "Gecko" yesterday. He becomes our derby leader for the wahoo. Mark Lobell of Baltimore, MD had a 30 lb dolphin while on the "Gecko" and came by with his fish for the photo.
Inshore reports include some spanish mackerel and a few grey trout.
Offshore reports continue to include lots of gaffer dolphin.
