Current Fishing Report

We have had some beautiful fishing weather this past weekend with sunny skies, and light South wind. We had reports of small and large bluefish, some keeper flounder, a few sea mullets, and several red drum 30+" scattered up and down the beach.
Frank Palasciano "Pop" and Kyle Brewster of Brunswick, MD came by to share their photos of a nice 32" red drum and a bluefish they caught early in the AM. Ray Davis of Emerald Isle,NC shared his photo of a 30" red drum from yesterday. Dennis Newton of Fredericksburg, VA had a beautiful 9.5 lb sheepshead yesterday morning.(Thanks for the crabs!)Kirby Lampersberger of Prince George, VA had an 11.5 lb bluefish and came by the shop. Joseph Pickerson of Winston Salem, NC becomes our kid's derby leader for his 15" flounder caught on bunker yesterday. Jon Wallace of Chapel Hill, NC had an 11 pound bluefish on Saturday and came by for a photo. Brian Coddington of Richmond, VA came by with his 15 pound dolphin to share a photo.
Inshore fishing reports include spanish mackerel in the inlet and Blair channel, and croakers, sea mullets in Teachs Hole.
Offshore reports include plenty of gaffer dolphin and a few wahoo.
