Incredible weather with the temperature at 68 degrees today, but light showers came in this afternoon and we are expecting heavy rainfall this evening and tomorrow. The few out fishing this morning caught mostly dogsharks and a few puppy drum on on lures.
Alan went fishing yesterday and caught a few puppy drum, keeping this 26" puppy. Wayne Watts of Laurinburg, NC sent us an email with photos from his family's Thanksgiving weekend north of the campground. Tyler Watts, Wayne Watts, Richie Watts, Jr. and Frank Covington, all of Laurinburg, found the black drum spot.
