Fishing Report
The large bluefish are still hanging around the beach, a few puppy drum, and some keeper sized flounder. The winds have increased and shifted out of the NW and cooled us off from the past few days, so it will be a little more challenging to fish today.
Rodney Hawkins of Clover,SC and Hank Anderson of Barnardsville, NC had nice bluefish yesterday. Ed Fuller, Butch and Shane Bryan, all of Ocracoke, NC went out yesterday morning and almost caught their limit in bluefish. Chris Skala of the Hatteras Island Coast Guard had a chunky bluefish yesterday afternoon. Eddie Dixon of Graham, NC and Larry Johnson of Snow Camp, NC posed with 4 of their 10 bluefish. Carol Johnson of Snow Camp, NC shared her photo of a flounder that she caught yesterday who did not make in to shore with the big bluefish in the water.(Does'nt make me want to swim right now)
