The pictures once again will show everyone some of what is out there to be caught from the surf. Jason Huneycutt is now the new leader on our derby for largest sea mullet. He also just got married to Amanda so he was a happy camper. Last night we heard of at least 3 citation red drum. Jud Icenhower from Winston-Salem, NC caught and released a 40 & 46" red drum and Mark Icenhower caught and released a 47" red drum. Way to go guys! There were also plenty of bluefish, some pompano, flounder, sea mullet and spot. The sound fishing by boat producing speckled trout, gray trout, spot, croaker, flounder and drum. Tom Atherton caught a citation 6 lb. 2 oz. speckled trout. Pretty work! That's about all we have for now. Have a great day and keep fishing!
