Fishing from the surf Monday and Tuesday produced only a few fish. Black drum, a few pompano, bluefish, flounder, spot, croaker and sea mullet but nothing fast and furious.

As Russell Williams, who now lives here shows in his picture, there is a secret spot where the big pompano are but he's not giving up his secret spot...One thing we do know is he's fishing in his boat somewhere out there.

That's about all we've heard of but the day is young. Have a great one and keep fishing!
