As the Lobell's pose with their catch they also let us know that the spanish mackerel and bluefish made their appearance this morning at the south end of the island. We heard from several fishermen that early morning was the trick to catch these guys and they were all using metal. As the day went on there were reports of pompano, sea mullet, black drum, spot, croaker and flounder.

Sound fishing by boat produced bluefish, spanish mackerel, flounder, gray & speckled trout and croakers.

Offshore reported in with amberjacks, king mackerel and dolphin.
