It's best to start off with Jennifer Esham's great success at fishing. While fishing right off Portsmouth Island, Jennifer hooked into this 50 pound tarpon using live menhadden. She fought the fish for almost one hour and finally landed her fish. Then she also landed a 5-1/2 pound spanish mackerel as well. Way to go Jennifer!

Surf fishing the past couple days were much the same as before. Spanish mackerel, bluefish, gray trout, spot, croaker, sea mullet, pompano and flounder.

Sound fishing produced spanish mackerel, gray and speckled trout, flounder and now we can add "tarpon" to the list.

Offshore is still doing well on wahoo and dolphin.
